Why Listen To Me?

My name is Yanik, you can call me Coach Yan (it's way easier than explaining how to pronounce my name 😂 ).

I have been a online fat loss coach for around 10 years now and not a single day goes by where I am not absolutely amazed that I get to do this as my JOB.

It all started off when I was 18 years old and I entered my first bodybuilding competition. That day changed the game. I was dumfounded by the sheer volume of people who began reaching out to me for advice based on how I looked and what I had achieved.

This was crazy to me as during school I was always "the fat kid" and hearing such positive things being said about my body really sparked a thought in my mind. I wanted to help other people feel as good as I did every single time someone told me I was in great shape.

That is when I committed myself to gaining all the knowledge needed to help other people who were unhappy in their own skin.

Fast forward ten years, not only did I pursue my dreams of becoming a professional bodybuilder (retired now) but I did it whilst helping THOUSANDS of people along the way. For every person I have helped it has simply made me hungry to help more. I LIVE FOR THIS.

In 2023 I became a parent for the first time, this opened my eyes to how important my health is because I would never want to watch my daughter grow up and not be able to run around with her, or worse still be in poor health as she grows up and takes on the world. I know it is my duty to be there for as long as possible to guide her through life.

The only way this can be achieved is by looking after my mental and physical health. This has further inspired me to help more people to do the same. There are so many aspects of health; mental, physical and social. My aim is to help as many people as possible achieve maximum levels of each type!
